The Bagel I ordered was not fresh, so I went to order an English muffin instead. No one was at the register and 2 workers were preparing food. I wanted longer than I should have and finally one worker came from the back. She saw me but I still had to call for her to take my order. She muttered something and pointed to the other workers and went back to the back room. When preparing to leave and asking for a manager, he questioned the complaint as if I was making the ordeal up even though he was sitting in the back room this whole time. Not once did he even apologize. Very rude customer service and very unprofessional behavior. I was disgusted with the management!August 14, 2016
