  Horrible unprofessional service. I waited 2 hours and called them over 3 times to see where my order was because it said delivered and it hadn't showed up. Every time the same lady said that my driver left and
  is on the way. After waiting even more time I decided to call again and this time another lady answered and I asked her to tell me where my driver was. After being put on hold she came back and said that the driver is back at the store because he came and no one answered the phone. That is completely false because I received no phone call and my doorbell didn't ring. During all this online it said my order was delivered and the one lady on the phone said he was on his way even though he was back at the shop. I will never order from this place again.

  Ordered online for carryout because I work closeby. Once I got a notification that the food was ready, I closed my store and quickly went to pick up the food only to find that the food was not ready. I was angry because I then had to wait another 10 minutes. Not considerate and updating the tracker as they should. Staff was rude.

  Worst experience ever, Manager Marina is so rude and unprofessional. Stay away from phone if you dont know what customer service is. On tracker it says its there and when i called her she said driver just left, after 50 mins of placing my order and she disconnected my call in between. Well done Domino's
