  Terrible experience. Pizza was an hour and a half late due "electrical" issues. I phoned a friend and they had power, so that excuse doesn't fly. Another friend said they just physically picked up an order which took them only 15 minutes (mind you, they ordered more food than we did). They also said that they're "very busy" when I called to inquire about the status of my order. They then proceeded to say "there is nothing I can do to compensate you for the time you waited". I understand that folks get busy and deliveries can be delayed, but don't lie and don't tell customers that there's nothing you can do. If I've taken the time to write this, trust me when I say avoid this Papa John's. Do yourself the favor

  The manager in the store is so rude, bad service, horrible pizza and all the people that work there are rude with the consumer ! I don't know why he's working in pizza if he don't like work in restaurant. I hope they will change the manager.
